Right to Request Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal information we have collected from you, subject to any exceptions or limitations set forth under the CCPA.

Exercising Your Rights to Access/Know, Delete, and Correct Inaccurate Information
To exercise the rights mentioned above, please submit a verifiable consumer request (as explained below) to us by one of the following methods:
- Calling us at (562) 600-5933
- Completing the online Personal Information Request Form
If you are acting as an agent submitting a request on behalf of a consumer, we may ask for signed permission from the consumer to authorize you to make the request. You may only submit a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide enough information to allow us to reasonably verify your identity as the person about whom we collected personal information, or as an authorized representative.
- Describe your request in sufficient detail for us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide personal information if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request, or if we cannot confirm that the personal information pertains to you. Submitting a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will use the personal information provided only to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
Please note that the CCPA includes certain limitations and exceptions to these rights, which may result in us denying or limiting our response to your request.
Response Timing and Format
We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receiving it. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you in writing, explaining the reason for the delay and the extended period. If you have an account with us, our written response will be delivered to that account. If you do not have an account, we will send our written response by mail or electronically, depending on your preference. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period prior to receiving your verifiable consumer request. If we cannot fulfill a request, our response will include an explanation as to why, such as when disclosing certain information (e.g., social security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account details, passwords, etc.) would pose a risk of identity theft, fraud, or compromise to data and network security.
For data portability requests, we will provide your personal information in a format that is easily usable and should allow you to transfer it from one entity to another without difficulty.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded. If we determine that a fee is necessary, we will inform you of the reason and provide an estimated cost before proceeding with your request.
Exercising Your Right to Opt-Out of Sharing
To exercise your right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information, you—or an authorized representative—must submit a request to us by:
- Calling us at (562) 600-5933
- Completing the online Personal Information Request Form
Under the CCPA, we must honor a consumer’s opt-out request as soon as possible, but no later than fifteen (15) business days from when the request is received. No verification is required for this process; however, we may refuse to comply with the request if we have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that the request is fraudulent. If we deny a request for this reason, we will notify the consumer, explain why we believe the request is fraudulent, and provide a rationale for our decision.
Requests can also be made by an authorized agent if the consumer provides written permission (signed by the consumer) to allow the agent to act on their behalf. If the agent does not submit proof of authorization, we may deny the request.
Once a consumer makes an opt-out request, we will honor it for at least twelve (12) months before asking the consumer to reauthorize the sharing of their personal information. Additionally, if a consumer initiates a transaction or tries to use a service that requires sharing their personal information, we will inform them of the requirement and provide instructions on how to opt in if desired.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you goods or services.
- Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including offering discounts or imposing penalties.
- Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price, rate, or level of service as a result of exercising your rights.
Data Sharing or Direct Marketing Purposes
Under California Civil Code § 1798.83 (California’s Shine the Light Act), California residents have the right to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
